grape seed oil or olive oil

Instructions
Thinly slice onions, separate the rings, and set aside
Add grape seed oil to a pan over medium-high heat
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes
Drain 2 cans of chopped green beans and add to the pan
Add salt and pepper to taste, along with garlic powder (optional)
Combine together in the pan
Cover and reduce heat for 7-10 minutes, mixing every few minutes, until the green beans are cooked through or soft
Remove from heat and serve
