Hysterectomy Fitness(TM) Pink and white background with yellow ribbon. Lose weight. Balance hormones. Fix menopausal symptoms. Allyson looks into camera: So, I'm not going to lie to you. Push-ups are tough. They're one of those exercises that can take a long time to master. For me, I started off doing my push-ups on my knees and then eventually moved my toes, and today I do a mix-up. And because you are carrying a portion of your body weight with push-ups, I'll recommend that you speak with the doctor before you do any type of push-up, especially after a hysterectomy. So, in this routine, I'm gonna be showing you how I do push-ups on my treadmill, but you can certainly do it against the wall or you can do it on the floor... whatever works for you. All right, I'll see you soon! Video transitions to Allyson doing push-ups on a treadmill. She's holding onto the handle bars of her treadmill and using them for stability, as she does 12 standing push-ups.
