She lies on her stomach with her body facing downward. Her hands grip each end of the wing attachment at the base level of the equipment. She then glides up and down on the glide board, while still gripping the wing attachment, to work her shoulders. She repeats this movement for about 45 seconds, then shifts her arms into a narrower position to target her shoulder muscles differently. She continues to hold onto the wing attachment as she glides up and down on the glide board. She repeats this for about 45 seconds.
